After the technical drawing well finished and 3D drawing confirmed, then will start the production schedule for the whole truck, including equipped with Sandwich PTO and matched driving shaft, install CB10/60 fire pump at rear of the truck frame, also can be mounted in the front of the frame, install the water tanker, foam tanker and dry powder tanker accordingly. After tanker assembly well installed, next step is welding the whole fire truck body and decorated with Aluminium plate to make more beautiful. On the top of the tanker installed P8/48 fire monitor, which can be used jetting water or foam and distance can be over 65m. Full sets fire fighting rescue tools equipped for people rescue. At rear of the fire tanker truck equipped with inlet and outlet pipeline, rear climbing ladder, also the control panel for convenient operation. Therefore, the vehicle is an ideal Fire Truck mainly for firefighting project.

Foam Pumper Fire Truck Testing and Export:

To guarantee POWERSTAR Pumper Tanker Fire Truck Isuzu performance well, all fire fighting trucks doing extremely strictly testing before leaving factory. Also we experienced Engineer offer below usage notice for daily usage:

1. Make sure the clutch is detached completely and the engine speed is low when the PTO is approaching or departing.

2. Fire pump running without water for more than 3 minutes or at a high speed are not allowed.

3. When the system is running, before all the water outlet valves have been closed, it must reduce the pump speed. Fire pump running in over rated pressure for a long time is not allowed.

4.  After water priming finished, reset the priming handle.

5. After PTO working over 10 minutes in hot weather, it must turn on the water cooling stopcock, otherwise it may cause problems, the water must be drain out when the work is over.

6. If using seawater, sewage, corrosive liquid or foam, please run the fire pump with clear water to clean the fire pump .If using in cold weather, make the piston pump run for a while to drain out the remaining water to prevent it from freezing.

7. It is equipped with a breather valve on the top of foam tank. When using foam to extinguish fire, the foam liquid level will decline, the breather can suck air to make sure the ratio of water and foam are not change.
