On April 7, 2025, POWERSTAR welcomed two important guests—procurement representatives from a trading company in Lagos, Nigeria. The primary purpose of their visit was to inspect the first batch of five ISUZU foam fire trucks they had ordered, which will be used to enhance the fire emergency response capabilities of Lagos, Africa's largest city.
Client: Nigerian customer Mr. Okafor
Project: Firefighting project in Lagos, Nigeria
Year: 2025,04
Project Background:
As one of Africa's most populous cities, Lagos, Nigeria, faces severe fire safety challenges. Confronted with increasingly complex urban environments and potential fire risks, POWERSTAR deeply understands the clients' needs and has meticulously designed these foam fire trucks based on the ISUZU FTR chassis.
The FTR chassis provides a solid foundation for the fire trucks with its outstanding performance and stability. Each fire truck is equipped with a 6,000L water tank and a 2,000L foam tank, ensuring ample firefighting capacity to handle both large-scale fires and routine firefighting tasks with ease.

Accompanied by POWERSTAR's technical team, the Nigerian clients first toured the company's fire truck production line. The technicians provided a detailed introduction to the complete process from chassis modification to final assembly, with a special focus on the technical advantages of ISUZU firefighting truck modifications.

The five ISUZU pumper fire trucks delivered this time are all modified based on the ISUZU FTR chassis, featuring a 6,000L water tank and a 2,000L foam tank, along with fire pumps and monitors from a renowned Chinese brand to ensure efficient firefighting performance.

As Nigeria's economic hub, Lagos has a dense population and high fire risks, placing stringent demands on the performance and reliability of fire trucks. POWERSTAR's ISUZU foam fire trucks, with their large-capacity water and foam tanks, can effectively tackle special fire scenarios such as petroleum and chemical fires.
