Sinotruk HOWO 4x4 offroad tunnel rescue fire truck is a special fire truck designed for complex scenarios such as narrow tunnels, urban firefighting and petrochemical enterprises. The tunnel vehicle adopts a front and rear dual-cab structure and can travel in both directions, which solves the problem of difficulty in turning around in the tunnel and greatly improves maneuverability in narrow spaces. POWERSTAR response to the special tunnel project was a highly innovative solution and that was Howo 4x4 all terrain Tunnel Rescue Fire Truck. Like Janus, the ancient god with two faces, the Howo tunnel truck engineered by PT5190GXFTN to firefight in the tunnel has two faces: this means two twin cabins with two-way ride able to manoeuvre in tight spaces, reverse gear without manoeuvre and move laterally. The newly designed tunnel rescue fire vehicle is built on Sinotruk HOWO chassis and presents unique rescue capacities of its kind. The fire vehicle is equipped with HOWO MC07H.35-60 diesel engine 257KW/350HP and emission can be 7.36L, as well as with 4x4 offroad four-wheel steering for all terrain working and driving. 6000 L water tank with PP material, which can guarantee never rust for long life service. Middle mounted with XIONGZHEN CB10/60 fire pump with flow rate 60L/s and top mounted with WESTER PS60 fire monitor with flow rate 60L/s, also in the both cabin front mounted with remote control water jetting nozzle, which also can be efficiently used for fire extinguishing. Provided also with infrared cameras which allow easy driving in case of darkness and smoke, with breathing apparatus and self-protection systems both for the cabins and wheels. a) Water suction ports: Two 6-inch water suction ports with manually controlled valves are installed at the end of the fire vehicle. A special rubber elastic connection device is offered at the appropriate piping position.

b) Water outlet ports: There are two 2.5-inch normal pressure outlets on both sides of the vehicle body, and a tank water injection pipeline from the pump to the tank, which is mounted with a 2.5" ball valve, one fire monitor

Equipment box and pump room:
