♦ Pump: CB10/60-RS, 60 L/s @ 1.0 MPa, PTO-driven
♦ Fire Monitor: PS8/40W roof monitor, water range ≥65m, 360° horizontal rotation, -30° to +70° vertical pitch
♦ Suction System: 7m max suction height, ≤50s priming time for quick water intake
» Ⅳ.Working Principle of Fire Truck :
Fire Truck Operating Procedure:
★ Step 1: After the fire truck is parked, start the engine, place the transmission in neutral, depress the clutch for 2-3 seconds, then press the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch, and run the water pump at low speed.
★ Step 2: When drafting water for firefighting, connect the suction hose, open the required outlet valve, and turn on the vacuum pump button switch, slowly press the accelerator to the required pressure, and use a water nozzle or fire monitor to extinguish the fire.
★ Step 3: When using water from the tank for firefighting, omit step 2, open the rear water inlet valve, open the required outlet valve, slowly press the accelerator to the required pressure, and use a water nozzle or fire monitor to extinguish the fire.

» Ⅴ.Fire Pump System :
Fire Pump:
A CB10/60-RS fire pump with a rated flow of 60 L/s at 1.0 MPa is installed in the rear pump room. This pump is built for reliable performance, providing steady water pressure to ensure fire hoses can deliver water effectively over long distances for fire suppression.

» Ⅶ.Firefighting Equipment :
• Equipment Room
Located on both sides of the vehicle, these compartments are equipped with equipment racks and storage trays. The racks keep fire hoses, suction tubes, and water/foam guns neatly organized. The storage trays provide quick access to tools like wrenches, axes, and crowbars, improving rescue efficiency.

• Pump Room: Equipped with fire hoses, water collectors, filters, fire nozzles, foam guns, suction hose wrenches, reducers, etc.

» Ⅷ.Pre-shipment Test :
Before delivering the HOWO 6000L water bowser pumper fire truck from our factory, we carried out a full inspection, including a water spray test for sealing, performance testing of the fire pump and monitor, and final checks on welding quality, paint finish, and all installed equipment.
