Howo multipurpose fire truck with hydraulic crane is a multi-purpose special vehicle, built on the Sinotruk HOWO TX350 chassis, equipped with a 350-horsepower Euro VI engine and an 8-speed gearbox, a wheelbase of 4600mm, and a 2+4-seat cab. Drive and wheelbase: 4×2 drive form, wheelbase 4600mm, taking into account both mobility and carrying capacity, adapting to the emergency needs of cities and complex terrain.

Power system: Equipped with Sinotruk MC07H.35-60 diesel engine, displacement 7.36L, maximum output power 257kW (350 horsepower), matched with 8-speed manual transmission, powerful and in line with the National VI emission standards.

Body structure: total mass 19.2 tons, double-row cab design, taking into account operating space and passability.

1. Front box: intelligent lighting and power center

• Fire mobile lighting system

 Roof lifting lighting: LED light source, brightness ≥ 30,000 lumens, support 0-8 meters height adjustment, 360° horizontal rotation, coverage radius over 50 meters, suitable for night fire fighting, underground space search and rescue and other scenes.

 Intelligent console: integrated generator voltage, current, frequency real-time monitoring, one-button switching lighting mode (strong light/strobe/SOS), and reserved hand controller interface, support remote wireless control.

• Power guarantee system

 Synchronous generator set: rated power 50kW, meet the power supply needs of cutting machines, water pumps, communication base stations and other equipment.

 SmartGen controller: automatically adjusts the output voltage (230V/400V), built-in overload, short circuit, reverse phase protection to ensure power safety.

 Circuit breaker matrix: three-phase/single-phase independent control switch, support multi-device hierarchical power supply, avoid power outage of the whole vehicle due to local fault.

• Integrated charging and inflating device

 ZFDQ02 automatic separation system: quickly fill life-saving air cushion and inflatable tent (pressure ≥ 0.8kPa) within 10 minutes, charge multiple devices in parallel, automatically identify battery type, and prevent overcharging.

2. Tail equipment: 5-ton folding arm crane-"mechanical arm" for heavy rescue

• T-CHENG SQ5ZA2 folding arm crane

 Lifting capacity: maximum 5 tons (short arm distance), suitable for accident vehicle lifting, heavy equipment transfer, obstacle clearing and other tasks.

 Folding arm design: maximum lifting height 12.5m, maximum working radius 10 meters, Max lifting moment 10T.m.

 Hydraulic outrigger system: 2 outriggers at the tail are independently leveled, support ±5° slope operation, and the lifting stability is better than traditional straight arm crane.

 Left and right dual joysticks: Both the main console and the end of the boom are equipped with joysticks, which support remote and on-site synchronous control to reduce the risk of blind spots.

 Emergency brake button: One-click locks the boom action to prevent secondary accidents caused by overload or misoperation.
