PP tank is optionalThe ISUZU FTR Powder-Foam Fire Truck is a professional industrial firefighting vehicle built on the ISUZU FTR chassis, integrating water, foam, and dry powder tanks for coordinated fire suppression. Equipped with a 3,000L carbon steel water tank, a 1,000L stainless steel foam tank, and a 1,000L dry powder tank, it employs nitrogen propulsion technology to enable simultaneous discharge of dry powder and foam, effectively tackling complex fires such as oil, gas, and electrical fires commonly encountered in petrochemical plants and ports.
With dimensions of 8,200 × 2,550 × 3,370 mm and a 5,550 mm wheelbase, the vehicle ensures stability while maintaining excellent maneuverability. Its 20° approach angle and 13° departure angle allow it to navigate diverse industrial terrains.
The ISUZU FTR Multipurpose Fire Tender’s core strength lies in its innovative triple-agent fire suppression system. The CB10/40 fire pump delivers a water flow rate of 40 L/s at 1.0 MPa working pressure, with a 7-meter suction depth and self-priming capability, enabling maximum-depth water intake in just 50 seconds. The PL8/32W fire monitor supports dual-mode water/foam discharge, featuring 360° horizontal rotation and -30° to +70° elevation adjustment, achieving a water jet range exceeding 65 meters and a foam jet range of over 50 meters—allowing firefighters to operate safely from a distance.
The dry powder system utilizes a PF5~15/40 dry powder cannon with an adjustable working pressure of 0.5–1.5 MPa, a discharge rate of 40 kg/s, and an effective range surpassing 30 meters. The Q345R steel dry powder tank has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, an operating pressure of 1.4 MPa, and a safety valve burst pressure of 1.5 MPa, ensuring reliable and secure dry powder delivery. The three fire-extinguishing agents can be used independently or in combination via the nitrogen system, with the coordinated discharge of dry powder and foam proving especially effective against petroleum and electrical fires, significantly enhancing firefighting efficiency.
As a medium-sized multirole fire truck, the ISUZU FTR Pumper Fire Truck occupies a unique position in industrial firefighting. It is particularly well-suited for specialized environments such as petrochemical parks, large industrial plants, and ports. Compared to traditional water/foam fire trucks, its added dry powder capability expands its versatility in handling diverse industrial fires. Meanwhile, its large-capacity water and foam tanks provide greater flexibility than dedicated dry powder fire trucks.
